Kathleen Quigley’s chapbook “Twinkies” won the Michigan Writers Cooperative Press 2023 Nonfiction Chapbook Contest. She has been published in Hypertext Review, Stoneboat Literary Journal, The Seventh Wave, Months to Years, among others. She has been awarded several residencies at Ragdale Foundation and is completing a memoir that explores mortality, mother/daughter relationships, sexuality, and reclaiming identity after illness. She currently works as a writer and massage therapist in Wisconsin and loves all things purple. Humor—sometimes screwball, often dark—infuses her writing...and her life.
