Maggie Hill’s non-fiction has been published in the New York Times, New York Daily News, and Scholastic. Her short stories appear in Lakeshore Literary (“Only the Drunk Can Sleep” was Pushcart nominated), Cleaver Literary, Embark Literary. Her first novel, Sunday Money, published in May 2024 received a Gold Medal in the Reader’s Favorite Book Awards, and a Distinguished Favorite in the NYC Big Book Awards. She lives in Rockaway Beach, New York.
