Carrie Cogan’s writing has appeared in Kenyon Review, Bennington Review, AGNI, Nimrod, Pinch, Louisiana Literature, and elsewhere. She’s been awarded fellowships at MacDowell, Ucross, and PLAYA, as well as a Money For Women/Barbara Deming Memorial Fund Grant. A past winner of the Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Society Fiction Prize and the Kenyon Review Nonfiction Contest, she’s currently at work on her first novel. She lives with her sons on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia.
