Sumaat Khan is an artist and writer based in Virginia. She received her bachelors in Photography and Film with a minor in Creative Writing at Virginia Commonwealth University. Later, she will be pursuing her Masters in English Literature at University of Leeds in the fall of 2026. Her poems have appeared in 3elements, Oyster River Pages, and more.
She loves bugs, especially the ones that make others uncomfortable, and studies their secrets to do the same in her poems.
