Daniel Duren is a New York based playwright from St. Paul, Minnesota. Since graduating from Fordham University, his work has been produced in New York City and Minneapolis. Last year, Daniel received the Rising Artists New Playwright Award from Southwest Theatre Productions for his one-act, Self Tape. This past summer, he participated in the 24 Hour Plays: Nationals. He will be developing his latest piece this fall at the Hermitage Artist Retreat. Currently, he is the assistant to playwright, Samuel D. Hunter.
