Anu Kandikuppa’s stories and essays have appeared in Colorado Review, Michigan Quarterly Review, New England Review, The Cincinnati Review, Calyx, and other journals. Her work has been recognized by the Pushcart Prize and other awards, and a collection of her stories centered on women will be published by an independent press in 2025. Kandikuppa's work has been supported by fellowships and residencies at the Virginia Center for Creative Arts and the Writers' Room of Boston. A graduate of the MFA Program at Warren Wilson College, Kandikuppa also holds a Ph.D. in Finance and worked as an economics consultant in a former life. She lives just outside Boston.
