From process to product to presentation, Ragdale is dedicated to making the arts more accessible to the public. Our programs open up the creative process and present the creative work that Ragdale wholeheartedly supports.

"Ragdale Presents" Series

How does an author create a bestseller? What happens when artists have uninterrupted time and space to create new work? Through this ongoing series of readings, artist talks, and panel discussions, Ragdale features its artists-in-residence, alumni and the fruits of their labor.

Workshops & Seminars

Listen to your muse and join in the creative process. Adult workshops and seminars provide opportunities to work with practicing artists and published writers. Workshops and seminars are open to the public, and writers and artists of all levels are encouraged to attend.

School Programs

Ragdale offers fee-based school programs for middle school, high school and college classes that engage students in the creative process. Ragdale connects students with artists and writers for innovative, hands-on sessions offering a glimpse into the life of an artist.
