Membership Levels and Benefits

Step on to the Ragdale property and you understand what it means to be a part of a community of artists.  Whether you come as a resident or share in a Ragdale program you have tapped into your own creativity.  Now, for the first time, you have an opportunity to become a member of the Ragdale community and start enjoying some fantastic new benefits.  Becoming a member is a meaningful way to show your support and your commitment to Ragdale and the continuation of our mission.  

Our members understand that great works of art don’t just happen … great works take sustained effort in a nurturing environment.  Our artists-in-residence step away from their everyday lives to come to Ragdale to create new paintings, plays, novels, symphonies, and poems that enrich all of our cultural lives.  We expand the reach of the Ragdale community through our Artists-in-the-Schools program and we provide individuals a unique understanding of the creative process with programs such as A Novel Affair, Talking Art and Ragdale Presents.

As a Ragdale member, you will receive great benefits, such as invitations to exclusive member events starting this spring.  Please join us as a member of Ragdale’s community of artists and help us ensure our continued support of exceptional artists and writers and to make the arts more accessible to the public.

All members receive the following benefits for one year from the date of joining:

 Member $50: Support exceptional artists and receive Ragdale’s bi-annual newsletter and a Ragdale car decal.  

Associate $100: Member benefits plus your name listed in the Ragdale Annual Report. 

Sponsor $250: Associate benefits plus an invitation to our annual Artists Open Studio and Behind-the-Scenes Ragdale Tour. 

Patron $500: Sponsor benefits plus an invitation to the exclusive annual Peace and Pause holiday event every December at a beautiful home in Lake Forest. 

Benefactor $1,000: Patron benefits plus an invitation to the exclusive annual Benefactor Garden Party.
