Giving Opportunities

Thank you for giving to Ragdale! Your contributions are vital to furthering Ragdale's mission of supporting artists in a retreat setting and making the arts more accessible to the public. There are many ways you can invest in Ragdale.

Annual Fund
Ragdale's Annual Fund provides daily operating funds to sustain Ragdale's residency program, public programs, and preservation of the historic site. Giving to the Annual Fund is easy and has some unique benefits that only Ragdale could offer!

Annual Fund Giving Levels and Benefits

Capital Giving
Do you love architecture or the Arts and Crafts movement? Perhaps historic gardens are your thing? Support Ragdale's buildings and grounds in a very tangible and visible way by contributing to capital projects. Your gift provides vital funding for both the endowment and capital needs such as restoration of the Ragdale House and renovation of the historic landscape.

Fellowships
Give direct support to artists and writers by funding an annual or endowed fellowship. By underwriting a two-week or four-week fellowship, you enable Ragdale to offer fully funded residencies to unique and talented artists from diverse backgrounds either through the juried admissions process or by special invitation.

Finance an annual, named Fellowship (on a one-time basis OR annually recurring)

  • Your annual $2,500 gift designated for a fellowship provides a two-week residency for an artist.
  • Your $5,000 gift designated for a fellowship provides a four-week residency for an artist.

Finance an Endowed, named Fellowship (in perpetuity)

  • Your $50,000 gift to the endowment, payable over a 3-5-year period, provides an annual two-week residency for an artist's fellowship in your name.
  • Your $100,000 gift to the endowment, payable over a 3-5 year period, provides an annual four-week residency for an artist's fellowship in your name.
